Nathalie’s yoga journey began with the recognition of how disconnected she was from her feelings and emotions. At that time, anxiety was her normal state, something she had always lived with. After practicing for a while, she started to feel more grounded and secure, which allowed her body to release tension. This opened new paths and brought her closer to a space within herself where she could find calmness and freedom. That's when she decided to embrace the path of yoga. She quit my job and never looked back.

For 15 years, she have studied the science of yoga and, more recently, sound healing, developing a passion for the connection between our physical body, emotions, mind, and soul. Yoga is a powerful tool for self-awareness, self-care, and maintaining both physical and mental health. It helps balance the mind, manage stress, find inner peace, and strengthen overall well-being, contributing to the transformation of our habits and lifestyle.

Nathalie have shared her passion and experience since 2012 and opened a yoga studio in 2016. Her goal is to guide people toward their own path and help them live a more conscious and healthier life.
