Katia Repina

Katia Repina is a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner and certified BBTRS facilitator, specializing in nervous system regulation, emotional release, and somatic healing. With over 500 hours of training in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System, she guides individuals through practices designed to release stored stress and reconnect with the body.

Through her work, Katia creates safe, supportive environments that combine breathwork, movement, and emotional integration techniques to help individuals build resilience, improve mental clarity, and feel more grounded and connected. She leads both private and group sessions, working with individuals and communities to support long-term wellbeing through embodied practices.
