Borgonaera was born from a love story, between two people, a landscape, and the craft of making olive oil.

Founded by a Sicilian architect and a Swiss environmental scientist, Borgonaera began with the restoration of a small piece of land surrounded by ancient olive trees. What started as a personal project soon became a commitment to producing exceptional extra virgin olive oil with care, intention, and respect for the environment.

That means harvesting early to preserve the oil's full nutritional potency, farming regeneratively, and designing a product that feels as beautiful on your kitchen counter as it does in your cooking.
